KENT HOVIND’S ADULTEROUS MARRIAGE ENDS; MARY TOCCO SEPARATES FROM HIM, SEEKS DIVORCE

According to multiple sources, Mary Tocco has separated from Kent Hovind, via police escort, as of November, 2017 and will be filing for divorce. So, apparently Kent Hovind’s adulterous marriage affair with Mary Tocco, the divorced wife of Sam Tocco, lasted just little more than a year since after they were unlawfully married (according to God’s marriage laws) on September 24, 2016. It may be the case that Mary Tocco does not need to file for divorce, because it is being reported that Kent Hovind and Mary Tocco did not obtain a marriage license from the State of Alabama, but merely exchanged vows in a religious ceremony. According to Conecuhy County Probate Court office 251-578-1260, there has been no marriage license issued for either Kent Hovind or Mary Tocco, so it appears that they entered into what is known as a common law marriage after exchanging vows in a religious ceremony.

Reasons for the breakup remain sketchy, but it can be surmised that Mary Tocco was not happy living on a compound with Kent Hovind and a bunch of unpaid Dinosaur Adventure Land “hillbilly” volunteers, as well as dealing with the self-centered, overbearing, obnoxious, controlling, condescending personal nature of Kent Hovind, as stated by so many of Hovind’s former colleagues. Living with such a man in the Alabama wilderness was probably not the kind of lifestyle that Mary Tocco envisioned she would have after marrying the world-renowned Creation Science Evangelism minister, Kent Hovind.

For the sake of righteousness, it is good that Kent Hovind and Mary Tocco have separated from each other and have thus stopped committing adultery through their unlawful adulterous marriage, but it is doubtful that either of them have acknowledged that every sex act in their marriage was adulterous. According to the sources, Kent Hovind has attempted to keep the story of his breakup and pending divorce from Mary Tocco from the public, as this news will further damage his already tarnished ministry.

Kent Hovind and Mary Tocco were not the only ones engaged in the sin of adultery due to their unlawful marriage. Everyone who attended and / or approved of their adulterous marriage, either knowing the laws of marriage (Hebrews 10:26), or being ignorant of them (Hosea 4:6), played a part in their adultery.

JAMES 3:1:
My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment.

Pastor Eric Philpot of Cross-Life Family Worship in Allen, TX, is a Baptist minister of adultery, lawlessness, and paganism. Philpot is the man who officiated the ceremony and married Kent and Mary into their adulterous union. Philpot ought to heed the James 3:1 warning of Scripture. In this age of false ministers, Philpot is setting himself up to be turned away from the kingdom of heaven and hear the following words that will proceed from Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) in the age to come, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” -Matthew 7:21-23.

It has been a sad spectacle for this writer to listen to the lies, half truths, and Scripture misrepresentations coming forth from Kent Hovind, and to witness the fall of a once great minister and see him become a shell of the man of God he once apparently was. As with many false ministers of today, their ministry is a business first and foremost, while preaching the hard truth of God’s word is secondary, if even preached at all. I do hope that Kent Hovind and Eric Philpot come to true repentance, humble themselves before God, obey God in spirit and truth, and stop twisting the Scriptures to their own destruction – 2 Peter 3:16.

Makes you wonder if Mary was sick of the pseudoscience jokes pointed at “Dr.” Hovind and pseudomedicine cracks that were barbed at her — they were both placed under the microscope from Independent Baptists as you have Ruckman when he was alive had weird claims towards marriage. Makes you wonder if Tocco was a one-night stand for Hovind then married at first fuck.

Hum.i don’t remember Jesus saying the wife had grounds for divorce because the husband builds a dinosaur adventure land and hangs out with hill bullies out in the middle of nowhere.
She left and divorced. Not him.

Kent Hovind sent his wife to prison as assuredly as King David sent Uriah to his death.

Kent Hovind manipulated his wife into divorcing him so he could do what he and his people are doing; claiming she was the problem.

      Shame on them all.

Looks like he set Mary Tocco up for the same thing.

    2 Peter 2:12 – But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

HOVIND’S WIFE DIVORCED AND LEFT HIM. SO, HE’S FREE TO MARRY ANOTHER IF SHE DID NOT DIVORCE HER HUSBAND TO MARRY HOVIND.

      @ CHRIS GEGERE, WRONG.

      1 CORINTHIANS 7:39 (NKJV):
A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband dies, she is at liberty to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord.

It is not ideal or natural for a woman to want to dwell alone, and not many women wish to do so. It is understandable, from a human standpoint, that a woman who is a victim of a bad marriage and finds herself free from it and divorced will seek another marriage with another man for emotional and financial support and to enjoy the intimacy of sex. Yet it is a command of the Lord that a woman can have only one husband at a time, that she cannot divorce her husband or be divorced from her husband and marry another while her original husband lives. It is not that the command against a divorced woman getting married to another man while their husband lives is confusing, it is just that many people cannot or will not accept it.

It is a direct command from the Lord Jesus Christ that a divorced woman is to remain single or be reconciled to her original husband, if possible.

      1 CORINTHIANS 7:10-11 (NKJV):
Now to the married I COMMAND YET NOT I BUT THE LORD: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, LET HER REMAIN UNMARRIED or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.

Mary Tocco is departed and divorced from her husband Sam Tocco, who she has five children with. Is the Lord’s command not clear, that Mary Tocco is either to remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband Sam Tocco? If Sam Tocco were to die, then she would be free from the law and then she could be lawfully married to another man. Sam Tocco is alive, so Mary Tocco’s options are to remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband Sam.

    Hey, Lujack!
    Hey, Cowger!

It just struck me that you are using my screen shot of Mary’s comment.

You are welcome, but a little conspicuous credit would have been appropriate, as well as specific reference as to where you got that comment from Ernie land.

    Hello Robert,
The screen shot of Mary has a source listed above it:
In response to Lyonelle Lovejoy in comments section at:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOlletOqiC8
The video has apparently been taken down.
My source said he acquired a snapshot of the comment, but I didn’t ask him from where he got it.
I was unaware that you were the source, or perhaps he took his own snapshot of her comments?
As for Ernest Land’s quote, it was a Facebook comment that now indicates the the date and time and Facebook group he left it on.
